Rulers of Nations v4.23
is a patch that
includes new features, improvements, adjustments and corrections on the game .
It has new feature like censoring media prevents criticism in newspapers and improvements on economical balancing after annexation, allies’ reactions to a call for help, oil well production which is built during the game.
Moreover, v4.23 has adjustment and corrections including immobilized troops after a conflict, you cannot be nominated by the king in Germany anymore, player’s connection issue if server has already started to play, oil barrel price, oil consumption fall, destitution in Afghanistan, refugees cannot go back home, impossible to stop subsidizing an industry, becoming a permanent member of UN and maximum amount of civil servants.
